Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need renter’s insurance?
Renters insurance is required and must be submitted by the move in date. If you do not provide renters insurance, we will take a policy out in your name and charge you $250.00 total.

Where can I do laundry?
There are laundry rooms on floors 2, 3, and 4. You must get a laundry card out of the machine on the 4th floor. You can load your card with cash on the 2nd floor, and you can add money via credit card on the 4th floor.

What lease terms do you offer?
12 months can sometimes be too much of a commitment, so we offer flexible lease terms at a premium. Please contact the Leasing Office for the most up to date pricing.

How do I put in a maintenance request?
Maintenance requests are all put in through our Appfolio Tenant portal.

How do I apply?
We have no application or application process. To secure your spot please contact us and provide your email, your cosigners email, and which style of apartment you are interested in. We will take it from there!

Is there nearby public transportation?
There is a ton of public transportation right by our building. We are 2 blocks from the broad street line at the intersection of Broad Street and Cecil B. Moore. Also, there are tons of bus stops on broad street just steps from the building.

Where do my mail and packages go?
All mailboxes are in the rear of the building on Carlisle street. All packages come directly to the office where they are held until you pick them up. Packages can only be picked up Monday – Friday from 9:00AM to 5:00PM and Saturday from 9:00AM to 2:00PM.

What is included with rent?
All utilities, internet, and furniture are included with rent. All residents have access to our bike storage, cardio room, and the beautiful roof deck which is open 7:00AM to 9:30PM.

How secure is the building?
The building is always locked, you need a key fob to gain access to the building as well as a key for your apartment door. Management is on site 9-5, and we have community assistants who help after hours in case of emergencies. The community assistant emergency phone can be called at 267 896 3105.

How do I pay rent?
Rent can be paid through credit, debit, or ACH payments made on our Appfolio Tenant portal.

What are the Management Office hours?
We are in office Monday through Friday from 9:00AM to 5:00PM. While we may not be on site past those hours, we are always available via phone 267 606 7107 or email mike@templeskyline.com. The office is also open on Saturday from 9:00AM to 2:00PM for package retrieval.

Is there parking?
We have our own gated assigned spots parking garage that can be rented out. Street parking is also readily available around our building.

What are the hours of the Cardio room?
Our Cardio room is open 24/7, you do need to sign a waiver to obtain the code for the door.

How does roommate matching work?
We do our best to match you with someone who will respect you and your property. We ask that you provide us with a paragraph about yourself, once we feel we found a suitable roommate we will exchange your numbers so you can get to know the person. If you do not feel you will get along with the person we will try again.
